Mikael Järnefelt is a new name to me as well, although I have read about him in the press releases. For now, I approach it quite neutrally without any preconceptions.
Analyst Juva said something like this:
“For Harvia, the deal may tighten the competition in the USA, although both companies have succeeded in growing well in the US market in recent years.”
It will be interesting to see how much this will indeed affect Harvia.
